ITINERARY
Day One: Arrival at the Entebbe International Airport
Karibu Uganda. On this beautiful day, Arrive at the Entebbe International Airport. After a briefing from our guide, you will head to your Entebbe Hotel for check-in. Spend the day relaxing and enjoying the hotel facilities. Overnight at your hotel.
Day Two: Entebbe – Mbale
After a hearty morning breakfast, check out of the hotel and drive towards the Eastern part of Uganda. Enjoy views of the Sugarcane Plantations and Mabira Forest along the Kampala Jinja Highway. Stop- over for lunch en-route and proceed to Mbale Town. On arrival, check in at your resort. Dinner and overnight at the resort.
Day Three: Mbale – Mt. Elgon’s Piswa Camp
After a morning breakfast, transfer to Kapkwata (2190 metres) and begin your hike along the Kapkwata Trail. Proceed to the Piswa Camp (2850 metres). Overnight at your camp.
Day Four: Piswa Camp – Hunters Cave Camp
After a sumptuous breakfast, begin your hike up to the rim of the Caldera. Visit the Hot Springs and Suam Gorge before you begin your descent to the Hunters Cave Camp (3850 metres). Dinner and overnight at the camp.
Day Five: Hunters Cave Camp – Mude Cave Camp
After breakfast, begin your ascent to the top of the Caldera’s Wagagai Peak (4321 metres). Later, descend along the Jackson’s Summit (4200 metres) and the Jackson’s Pool to the Mude Cave Camp (3500 metres). Dinner and overnight at the camp.
Day Six: Descend via Sipi Falls
After an early breakfast, start your descent down the Mountain through the Sasa Trail to Sipi Falls. On arrival, get transferred to your resort for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day Seven: Sipi Falls Hike
After a hearty breakfast, embark on a hike to the Sipi Falls. These Magnificent Falls comprise of a series of Three Waterfalls found at the foothills of Mt. Elgon just at the edge of the Mt. Elgon National Park near the Uganda-Kenya Border. Later, enjoy a local coffee community experience. Head back to the resort for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day Eight: Sipi Falls – Jinja
After a sumptuous Breakfast, transfer to Jinja Town. On arrival, proceed to the camp, check in and have lunch. Spend the rest of the day relaxing and enjoying the camp facilities. Dinner and overnight at the camp.
Day Nine: White Water Rafting & Bunjee Jumping in Jinja
After breakfast, enjoy Bunjee Jumping and White Water Rafting Activities. Leap over the source of River Nile from one of the most spectacular Bungee Jumping sites in the world. Begin your White Water Rafting Activity just below the Kalagala Falls next to the Wild Waters Lodge. After a wonderful experience, head back to the camp for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day Ten: A Boat Cruise along the River Nile
After a morning breakfast, engage in a Boat Cruise along the source of the River Nile. Later, proceed to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day Eleven: Jinja – Entebbe
After Breakfast, transfer to Entebbe. On arrival, check in at the hotel. Spend the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at your hotel.
Day Twelve: Entebbe – Flight Back Home
After a morning breakfast, transfer to the Entebbe International Airport for your Flight Back Home.
