Safari Itinerary – Kenya & Tanzania
Highlights:
Big Wildlife Encounter, hot air balloon rides, luxury lodges, Maasai cultural visits, bush dining, night game drives, and iconic landscapes across Kenya and Tanzania.
Day 1 – Arrival in Nairobi
Arrival and airport transfer to Hemingways Eden Residence. Relax and recover from your journey while enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
Day 2 – Nairobi Wildlife & Culture
Sunrise game drive in Nairobi National Park. Visit the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust elephant orphanage, followed by lunch at Ololo Safari Lodge. Afternoon visit to the Giraffe Centre and shopping at Kobe Tough Beads & Leather and Utamaduni Craft Centre. End the day with a famous game-meat dinner at Carnivore Restaurant.
Day 3 – Fly to Maasai Mara
Morning flight (8:00 AM) to the Mara. Enjoy a full-day game drive and a walking tour along the Mara River. Check-in at Entumoto Safari Camp at 5:00 PM. Dinner and overnight at camp.
Day 4 – Siana Conservancy Safari
Morning relaxation at camp. Afternoon game drive in Siana Conservancy followed by a scenic sundowner and an exciting night game drive.
Day 5 – Balloon Safari & Culture
Early morning hot air balloon safari over the Mara plains. Visit a traditional Maasai cultural village and enjoy a relaxed afternoon at camp.
Day 6 – Transfer to Serengeti National Park
Check out and transfer to the Isibania Border crossing. Lunch at the border before continuing to Serengeti River Camp with an en-route game drive.
Day 7 – Serengeti Safari
Morning relaxation followed by an afternoon game drive in the vast plains of the Serengeti.
Day 8 – Balloon Safari in the Serengeti
Sunrise hot air balloon ride followed by a half-day game drive. Afternoon relaxation at camp.
Day 9 – Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater
Morning half-day game drive in the Serengeti before transferring to Ngorongoro Lions Paw Camp. Afternoon relaxation with a scenic sundowner.
Day 10 – Ngorongoro Crater Safari
Half-day game drive inside the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater with picnic lunch. Afternoon relaxation at camp.
Day 11 – Lake Manyara National Park to Arusha
Check out and enjoy a half-day game drive in Lake Manyara. Continue to Arusha for overnight at Gran Meliá Arusha.
Day 12 – To Amboseli National Park
Transfer to the Tarakea Border crossing into Kenya and continue to Tawi Lodge. Evening night game drive.
Day 13 – Amboseli Safari
Half-day game drive in Amboseli with stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Return to Tawi Lodge for late lunch, afternoon relaxation, and an evening nature walking tour.
Day 14 – Return to Nairobi
Breakfast and check-out. Transfer to the airstrip for a local flight to Nairobi. Transfer to Hemingways Eden Residence for check-in and relaxation.
Day 15 – Departure
Airport transfer for your international flight home, concluding your unforgettable East African luxury safari.
