DETAILED ITINERARY
Day 1: Nairobi – Aberdare National Park.
Begin your 15-Day Joining Safari at Our Departure Location along Koinange Street The CJ’S Restaurant in the City Center where you Enjoy a Complimentary English Breakfast (Between 8:00 Am – 9:30 am). Board Our Jeep and after every guest has been picked head to the Aberdares. Check-in and spend the afternoon relaxing at the lodge. Have an afternoon game drive. The park provides a habitat for elephants, black rhinos, leopards, spotted hyenas, olive baboons, and black and white colobus monkeys among others. At sunset and after a wonderful time, drive back to camp for dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Samburu National Park.
Early morning check out and proceed to Samburu National Park. On arrival enjoy an en-route game viewing. Arrive at your camp for lunch and check-in. Spend the afternoon relaxing. Evening game drive where you spot the cheetahs, leopards, lions, elephants among other animals. Dinner and overnight at Lodge.
Day 3: Full Day at Samburu National Park.
The whole day will be spent exploring this amazing game reserve, it gives you the refreshment of your mind as the park is not populated and not many people visit here. It’s home to the big five (Elephant, Lion, Rhino, Leopard, Buffalo) as well as the Special 5 which are Gerenuk, Reticulated Giraffe, Somali Ostrich, Gravy Zebra, Besia Oryx, Endangered Wild dog well Pun cake Tortoise – Endangered. There are over 450 species of birds identified and aquatic species in the Waso Nyiro River including, vultures, kingfishers, marabous, bateleurs, guinea fowl, Somali ostriches, and others.
Day 4: Samburu – Lake Nakuru.
After breakfast, check out from the camp and embark on a thrilling morning game drive in the reserve. This is your chance to spot a variety of wildlife native to the area, creating unforgettable memories in the heart of nature. Following your exciting adventure, drive to Nanyuki, where you will arrive in time for lunch at the renowned Trout Tree Restaurant. Enjoy a delicious meal while taking in the unique ambiance as you learn about the fascinating process of trout fishing. After your visit to Nanyuki, embark on your journey to Lake Nakuru, making a stopover at Thompson Falls where you enjoy the refreshing breeze and the breathtaking scenery of the falls. Later, continue your drive to Nakuru, aiming to arrive in time for dinner. Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel, enjoy a delightful dinner, and unwind after your day of exploration.
Day 5: Full Day at Lake Nakuru National Park.
After breakfast at your lodge, prepare for an exciting full-day game drive in the stunning Lake Nakuru National Park. Throughout the day, you’ll have the opportunity to spot an array of animals, including the famous pink flamingos, rhinos, and various antelope species. The park is also home to diverse birdlife, making it a paradise for birdwatchers. As you traverse the park, take in the breathtaking scenery, from the shimmering lake to the acacia woodlands and rolling hills. Your knowledgeable guide will share insights about the flora and fauna, ensuring a rich educational experience. In the afternoon, pause for your picnic lunch at a designated scenic spot, where you can relax and soak in the beauty of your surroundings. After lunch, continue your game drive, exploring different areas of the park and maximizing your chances of encountering more wildlife. As the sun begins to set, conclude your game drive and head back to your hotel, where you can unwind and reflect on the day’s adventures.
Day 6: Nakuru to Masai Mara National Reserve.
Early morning, we drive to Maasai Mara with a stopover in Narok and Proceed with your drive. Arrive at your camp for check-in and lunch. Spend the afternoon relaxing at the lodge. Based on the other guests’ hotels, agree on a pickup time for the afternoon game drive where you enter the park gate at 4:00 pm. Here you will search for zebras, antelopes, giraffes, elephants, and lions. At sunset and after a wonderful time, drive back to camp for dinner and overnight.
Day 7 & 8: Full day at the Mara.
Experience a full-day game viewing drive with stopovers to view animals not previously seen. If you are lucky see the lions hunt in the savannah as you record this amazing moment. Had to the Mara River main bridge to see the migration routes, the hippo families, and the crocodiles at the bank. After a picnic lunch drive back to the lodge. Dinner and overnight at your hotel.
Day 9: Maasai Mara – Lake Naivasha.
After enjoying a hearty breakfast, check out from the camp and embark on an enriching journey. Your first stop will be at the Maasai Village, where you’ll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the local culture. During this cultural tour, you’ll learn about the Maasai community’s traditions, lifestyle, and their deep connection to the land. Following this cultural experience, continue your drive to Naivasha, aiming to arrive in time for lunch. Upon arrival, check-in at your hotel, where you enjoy a delicious lunch, take some time to relax and unwind. In the afternoon, set out for an exciting boat ride on Lake Naivasha, where you can admire the stunning scenery and spot various wildlife along the shores, followed by a walking safari at Crescent Island, providing you with a unique opportunity to observe animals up close in their natural habitat. Transfer back to the hotel for dinner and overnight.
Day 10: Hells Gate National Park.
Enjoy a full-day tour of Hells Gate. Begin by having a game viewing drive at Hells Gate National Park or a bicycle ride through the park. (Own Account) Later go to the Gorges where you will see the “Devil’s Kitchen” and the hot springs. After head to your hotel for lunch. Afternoon, spent for Siesta and Relaxation at the Hotel.
Day 11: Naivasha to Amboseli National Park.
Early morning after breakfast, check out and transfer to Amboseli National Park. Arrive for a late lunch and evening game viewing drive in search of the Elephant herds and Mt Kilimanjaro sighting. Head back to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 12: Full at the Amboseli National Park.
We leave early for a game drive at the famous Amboseli National Park. Watch the sunrise, the big herds of elephants, flamingos, and even the lions hunting. Picnic breakfast will be served at the observation hill where you will have a breathtaking view of the park. This is a perfect spot to take great photos of the Kilimanjaro peaks. Afternoon relaxation at the pool after lunch is a must to soak off the dust.
Day 13: Amboseli to Tsavo West.
Early Morning breakfast, check out with an en route Game Drive. Here Search for the Lions, Cheetahs, and Antelopes among others. Weather permitting have a magnificent view of Mt Kilimanjaro. Depart for Tsavo with a Stopover for lunch. Continue with the drive. Arrive at Tsavo West National Park and enjoy an evening drive searching for the Red Elephants after getting the tickets.
Day 14: Tsavo West National Park.
The Park immerses you in stunning beauty and exhilarating adventures while surrounding you with every modern comfort. Arriving guests are enchanted by our classic stone design and views of elephants, buffalo, and other plains game drinking and cooling off in our water hole. Enjoy a Game Drive as you search for animals not seen. Pass through Mzima Springs & Shetani Lava Flow. Dinner and Overnight at the Lodge.
Day 15: Home Bound.
After a wonderful time 15-day Safari, We will check out and depart for Nairobi with a stopover for lunch. (Own Account) Upon arrival drop off at the CJ’S Restaurant in the City center. (If your hotel is along the Safari route, we will give a complimentary drop-off).
